I'm putting it on here cuz some might be spoiler? / \ / \ / \ / \ / \ 🍪 志献官 (Shikenkan) are the boys who have special powers to weild and control elements, and Shikenkan is also a play of words for 試験管 (Shikenkan) as test tubes, yup, the boys aren't the elements themselves but they serve as "vessels" for the element's power. They can age and die. If they die, they can be replaced. 🍪 Shikenkan's has ranks, 純壱位 (pure-1st rank) , 純弐位(pure-2nd rank), 純参位 (pure-3rd rank) with highest rank being 1st ranks. 純 (jun/ pure) comes from the elements being a pure substances. 🍪 Catalysts - in chemistry terms are substances that control the reactions between two substances. In this process, the catalyst actually doesn't get consumed and doesn't change. Catalysts trigger their reactions from A and B but ultimately, the new substance is formed between A and B and the catalyst remains as a catalyst, which also coincides with MC's role in the game, as a third party helping the boys. The game is more focused on the boys' bonds with each other rather than them forming bonds with catalyst. The producer made sure to not attach too much personality on the MC and made sure that the MC is gender ambiguous since they want the game to be enjoyed by everyone regardless of their gender. ----

Oh since he's played the switch ver, there is no gacha in it (I'm not sure if smartphone ver has gacha), it's more of like a visual novel. The routes branches depending on your actions.

I’d never heard of this game until I came across this video. Oh my goodness these characters are so beautiful and charming. Kuon has to be my favorite mainly because of him hugging two of the other guys and making Akira lose his mind by complimenting him and flirting with him, LOL!

Yeah, sadly no news about EN release yet. I'm thinking it might take a while if there will be one since the main story itself has 6 routes (12 endings) and additional contents have 45 branching routes, with 2 ending each. So that's approximately, 90+ endings all in all 😅 I hope it gets an EN release cuz it's a very interesting game.

The game is called 結合男子 (Ketsugou Danshi). It's available on Nintendo Switch and Android/IOS. For the mobile app, you'll need a JP playstore/App store to download it. The main story 1-2 is free but you'll have to buy the story pack to get the rest of the story and characters^^ Also, there's no official EN patch for the game yet.
