The reason why there's inaccuracies in the locations and some characters have different appearances is we intended to have the game take place on a separate Earth to the Arrowverse, and have a more Comic Flash styled approach!
But the flash museum being removed? The teleporter to star labs in Barry's loft? And the flashtime physics?

It has the coolest and most accurate areas. (S.T.A.R labs has 2 floors so use the elevator for that) and I'm pretty sure it has a secret time vault too
Not to mention SO MANY other cool areas exactly like the show
