So thankful for your teaching and so excited to learn from you - thank you! This is exactly what I need to learn to kick start my new bread baking journey. I have baked regular yeast bread ever since my children (now adults) were little - although not with freshly milled flour. Now that I am moving into freshly milled flour I am anxious to learn sour dough because I do have digestive issues - but love bread. So, I'm here to learn and anxious for the next step!
I'm so glad you explained the science. People just think sourdough is just another bread... like rye or wheat. I try to explain this to people, but they just don't get it! 😊
Thank you for explaining all about sourdough I try to limit my bread intake cause you hear how bad it is for us but I’m trying to do it all from scratch just bought a mill and some white berries , so really looking forward to to your video on how to start a sourdough starter ,your such a blessing .

I made my sourdough starter and because of your videos I 'm looking for a flour mill as well. Thank you for showing us that bread can be good for us! I'm excited about changing what my family is eating so that we can have a healthy diet. I'm learning so much from you. I'm so grateful! Thank you.
