This is a lot but bare with me: Assalamualaykum-wa-rahmatullahi-wa-barakaatuh I was born blind and alhamdulillah after surgery I was given the ability to see slightly, I’m now considered visually impaired/partially sighted. I find it difficult to read as words on the page are blurred, and when I try to read them, I can only manage a sentence or two with difficulty. In my life, I have only managed to read one English book from cover to cover, that was back at primary school. Whenever I read the quoran, things become easier from me, I feel relaxed and can read from more than a couple pages, there is something about the quoran that is so poetic and somewhat predictable yet still infinitely beautiful, I never get any migraines when I’m reading the quoran as these are the WORDS OF ALLAH after all. The quoran has stood the test of time, criticism, science, linguistics and structural analysis and many more fields of scrutiny, the quoran and Islam has it all, it sounds beautiful and feels even more elating to read. And it is still yet the ONLY scripture to be preserved and memorised for 1400 years by the will of Allah. Finally, I would like to conclude by giving some advise to people like you and me who find it hard to sometimes sit and read/memorise the quoran, Just thinking it like this... The prophet Mohamed (SAW) and his companions when to hell and back to preserve this book, they where boycotted and tortured by the quraish, endless assassination attempts, starvation and thirst. yet they mashaallah still didn’t give in, because they knew the importance of the Quoran, they scrambled to memorise and write down these words on whatever they could find, they then compiled these chapters into one book, that was then preserved down to us, it is the Number ONE most printed book in the whole world, don’t you think you owe it to just memorise an ayah a day, these are allah words for you, physically in front of you, JUST READ.
I was an ignorant non-Muslim, the image of God in the Bible seemed weak and unreliable to me. Then I read the Attributes of Allah in the Qur'an and knew that I had to submit to my Lord. I left music and crime behind, learned Arabic, studied Islam and became an imam of a mosque. Every time I read the Qur'an, Allah speaks to me personally and I speak to Him through the Dua. He's always there for me.
May Allah make us of those who uphold the Quran in our lives. "This is a blessed Book We have revealed. So follow it and be mindful of Allah, so you may be shown mercy." Quran 6:155

They say when we salah, we are talking to Allah and when you read the Quran, Allah is talking to you. This is so true. Whenever we are faced with a big burden or problem, we take wudhu and open the Quran randomly and the verse we get will be connected to the problem we have. Its just so amazing! Subhanallah.
The Quran stopped me from going down a dark path. I was really young when i lost the connection to Islam but hearing verses from the Quran slowly started to bring me back. It wasn't until I started hearing Surah Mulk that I truly started to realize what kind of life I was leading. I wasn't fasting or praying and I barely believed in God as I only said I wad muslim but never practiced or followed His law. Truly, I was a hypocrite. Alhamdullilah, I'm 16 now and although I'm not nearly as pious or religious as I strive to be, the Quran means a lot to me as it's saved me and helped me so many times I can't even count. In Sha Allah I'll have a connection with Allah and Al-Quran stronger than steel.
A person said "Allahu Akbar" a second latter he said "laa ilaaha illallaah" immediately after that he said "laa ilaaha illaa anta subhaanaka innii kuntu mina-zzalimeenn" then lastly he said "SubhaanAllah". This way he (or she) earned 70,000 good deeds. That person is you 🤗
Right now the Qur'an is something that calms me down when I'm worried or upset, listening to it is soo soothing, studying tafsir just increases my Imaan and Reciting it on my own with no-one there is a feeling like no other. The Qur'an tells me how to live my life and is my manual for succeeding in both lives - so I'm studying to understand it so I connect with it even more deeply and will get there one day inshaAllah!
I was lost and honestly I was not a 100 %beliver but when I really studied the Qur'an it make a lot sense to me having many evidence of historic , scientific, geografic etc..It give the all sign .whatever the question I have in my mind where solve slowly . whenever I feel some dout still I make a sajda And ask Allah to guide me .And Alhumdullilah He guided me and now I truly believe in Quran and the prophet Muhammad pbuh..before study I first when through to learn the life of prophet from Adam till the Isa a.s and then The life of Our prophet Muhammad pbuh then Alhamdulillah I learn the Qur'an like ..when it was reviled and Why it was reviled the fight for islam and How greatfull the sahabas fought and our prophet prophesy it evidence...I have many much to say Alhumdullilah I am really blessed with Quran guidence.

You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You.) The above du'a is known as the Sayyid al-Istighfar and is the most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah. Whoever says it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari 8, 75 @/318] If someone implements ten verses of the Qur'an, He/She will not be considerate amongst the negligent on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban] If someone implements one hundred verses of the Qur'an, He/She will be considered among the obedient on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban] Please save this and share to as many people as you can. I really admire the Quran This is proven when I have finished the Koran well my life changed 100% My life, which was originally so suffering, was often sick, everything changed suddenly as if there was an unexpected miracle The Qur'an has shown its miracles not only with its poetry but by proving that the Qur'an is able to change most of the lives of its readers and their memorisation❤😊
Quran for me is the light that shows the path of what is right and wrong , reward and punishment attached to it in the hearafter by showing guidance of how to go about life in this world .
The Quran to me is the only source that I turn to for guidance, tranquility and peace of mind and it would never disappoint me. It is literally my anker in life because the Quran lightens up my heart and removes the dots of sins that we carry day by day. The Quran is more valuable to me than the world and everything in it. It is able to diminish and remove the pain and suffering that we us humans go through sometimes and it is able to fill me with everlasting joy and contentement which no other book can. I really loved this video, it gave such a perfect image of what the Quran is and means to so many muslims. To me, the Quran is my refuge and I run to its embrace to escape the Dunya and the trials that come with it. With the Quran I feel free and through reciting it, my heart becomes lighter.

سُبْحَانَاللّهِوَبِحَمْدِهِ،سُبْحَانَاللّهِالْعَظِيمِ- SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme)
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by the Most Merciful One." [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:67, Sahih Muslim, #4:2071]

سُبْحَانَاللّهِ- SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah)
Whoever recites [the above] one Hundred times, a thousand good deeds are recorded for him or a thousand bad deeds are wiped away.[Sahih Muslim; #4:2073.]

لاحَوْلَوَلاقُوَّةَاِلَّابِاللّهِ- La Hawla wa la Quwatta illa Billah (There is no Might or Power except with Allah)
[the above is] a treasure from the treasures of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari; al-Fath al-Bari #11:213, Sahih Muslim #4:2076]

The above are mentioned as the four most beloved words to Allah. It does not matter with which one of them is begun.[Sahih Muslim; #3:1685]

سُبْحَانَاللّهِ،والْحَمْدُللّهِ،وَلااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ،وَاللّهُاَكْبَرُ،وَلاحَوْلَوَلاقُوَّةَاِلَّابِاللّهِ- SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllah, waAllahu Akbar, wa la Hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, There is no might or any power Except with Allah)
Abd Allah ibn Mas'ud reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said: "During the Night Journey I met Ibrahim (alayhis salam) who said to me: ‘O Muhammad, convey my greetings to your Community, and tell them that the Paradise is of pure land, its water is sweet, and its expanse is vast, spacious and even. And its seedlings are SubhanAllah, walhamdulilah, wa la ilaha ilAllah, waAllahu Akbar (the above).’” [at-Tirmidhi]

الْحَمْدُللّهِ- Alhamdulilah (All Praise is for Allah) - Verily the best supplication is (above). [Sahih Muslim; #4:2073] 12. لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah)

لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah)
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said:"When a servant of Allah utters the words la ilaha illallah (there is no God except Allah) sincerely, the doors of heaven open up for these words until they reach the Throne of Allah, so long as its utterer keeps away from the major sins.” [at-Tirmidhi]

لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُوَحْدَهُلاشَرِيكَلَهُ،لَهُالْمُلْكُوَلَهُالْحَمْدُوَهُوَعَلَىكُلِّشَيْءٍقَدِيرٌ- La illaha ilAllahu, waHdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul Mulku, wa lahul Hamd, wa Huwa ala kulli shaiy'in Qadeer (There is No God But Allah Alone, who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the raise, and He is Able to do all things)
Whoever says the above ten times, will have the reward for freeing four slaves from the Children of Isma'il . [Sahih al-Bukhari; 7:67, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071]
Whoever says the above one Hundred times, has the reward of freeing ten slaves, a hundred good deeds are recorded for him and a hundred bad deeds are wiped away and he has gained refuge from the devil that day until evening and none shall come with anything better except someone who has done more.[Sahih al-Bukhari; #4:95, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071]

أَسْتَغْفِرُاللَّهَالْعَظِيمَالَّذِيلاَإِلَهَإِلاَّهُوَالْحَيُّالْْقَيُّومُوَأَتُوبُإِلَيْه- Astaghfirullah al-'Adheemal-ladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum wa atubu ilaih (I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy except Him, the Living, The Eternal, and I repent unto Him)
Whoever says the above words, Allah will forgive him even if he deserted the army's ranks.[Abu Dawud 2:85, at-Tirmidhi 5:569]

اللَّهُمَّأَنْتَرَبِّىلاَإِلهَإِلاَأَنْتَ،خَلَقْتَنِىوَأنَاعَبْدُكَوَأنَاعَلَىعَهْدِكَمااسْتَطَعْتُ،أعُوذُبِكَمِنْشَرِمَاصَنَعْت،أَبُوءُلَكَبِنِعْمَتِكَعَلَىَّوَأبُوءُبِذَنْبىفَاغْفِرْلِىفإِنَّهُلاَيَغْفِرُالذُّنُوبَإِلَّاأَنْتَ- Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Khalaqtani wa ana abduka, wa ana 'ala ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, A'udhu bika min Sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u Laka bini'matika 'alaiya, wa Abu Laka bidhanbi faghfirli innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta (O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You.)
The above du'a is known as the Sayyid al-Istighfar and is the most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah. Whoever says it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari 8, 75 @/318]
If someone implements ten verses of the Qur'an, He/She will not be considerate amongst the negligent on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban]
If someone implements one hundred verses of the Qur'an, He/She will be considered among the obedient on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban]
