I wonder if BYU should consider recruiting football athletes on the international stage, like basketball. I understand that there are High school-level American football leagues that compete in international markets, such as American Football Worldwide and the Japan-American Football League. While the athletes are not star-rated, this may be a strategic advantage to BYU athletics!
I'd have to agree, being ranked in the 60's as a recruiting class, while Utah again ranks in the 30's, isn't going to cut it. My opinion has been that BYU must significantly cut into the recruiting lead Utah has had over BYU for many years now. Thats the only way that, over time, BYU will meet fan's expectations in the Big 12. I remember seeing a BYU-Utah rivalry game a few years ago (before covid) and the commentators were keying in on the superior athleticism of Utah's players, and it was obvious that was the case. And yet there are BYU fans who still refuse to believe that.
Well that was depressing. We are currently ranking in the 60s in this class while the UOU ranking is in the 30s. Also you don’t get demoted to 3 stars that’s isn’t a thing. Lamason Waller is also a 3 star but a high one. Idk where you got that he was 4 stars from tho. Really thought we’d recruit better after having such a good season
If these kids were smart, they’d make playing their mission cause they’re wasting their crucial years of growth and development. For a “faith” That wouldn’t even notice if they didn’t show up on Sundays.
Could we get a video about all the recruits that are coming off their mission in January?
Let’s go!!! 💪🏾🏈🤙🏾
Everyone looks promising and the one thing that amazes me is how much super smart and 5 star teams an entry come to BYU
Everyone looks promising
looks fireeeee
He drops the ball before crossing the touchdown line! That’s a Utah thing, we’ll teach him. 5:38
You can bet we go portal for the best we can get. Logo is in the portal.
Pronounced “Kama-Riyo” not Amarillo with a C in front. You were correct the first time.

Nolan Keeney looks legit. BYU better hold on to him
the only recruit we need to look at is a new OC.
FACTS!!!
Yep
Cannot argue with dismal "O" play calling last four games. "D" had to save our bacon so many times!
Why did Crew go portal?
How is this recruiting class impressive? we're still averaging in the low 60s in composite and one of the worst in the B12
No QB’s and only one skill guy (WR). Otherwise looks great.
We got the qb out of Oregon keeney, I think that's how you pronounce it.

surprised the soaker boys actually showed recruits with massive tattoos. Do they know they coming to breed a new breed in provo?

BYU is all about development… their recruiting class destroyed ours the last few years. It’s all about the on the field product not the ratings
Also, the overall composite score is the highest we have ever had. Going to see improvement overall
@ that’s a good perspective
@ true my expectations were too high. I just had it that we’d jump up into the top 20 after the year we had.
Well BYU had the talent to make the playoffs, just didn't have the coaching. And they go and sign this guy to a new contract. Unbelievable.
Camarillo= Cama ri yo
La Habra = La Ha Bra
I'm sorry, this whole program, including the coach interviews, just sounds like a high news report...

God first
Football is a privilege. Not a given.
Your spiritual relationship with God is more important than a game.
