I'm SCREAMING!! Pile 4 was mind-blowingly spot on and made complete sense. A week or 2 ago I woke up one morning and had this feeling of "I feel like I have a new body" and everything just clicked into place. I started working out again, I've been feeling my solar plexus activating, I literally went shopping yesterday and was trying on all these bright colours and girly dresses (I've always been into black/neutrals and I wouldn't describe myself as a girly-girl) and I was looking at myself in the mirror like "?????????????? Wow our life paths seem so very similar in what you’ve shared. Over the last 2 years I quite my job, relocated with someone I thought was a soulmate, had hiccups in starting over no income, meeting new people, learning who I am on this new timeline. Some days are good and some are not so good but I’m learning to let go and take life one day at a time and trust. before I got into spirituality and tarot, i had a series of experiences which at the time, could only be explained to me as a psychotic break. i was 20-22. one morning i woke up and KNEW IMMEDIATELY - you need to go and request your medical records. NOW. i woke up and just KNEW that. i think i heard a voice as well, but I can't remember exactly. i certainly felt accompanied that day as I took a bus to the city hospital and tracked down their records department, which was in the process of being relocated. i was so insistent, and I remember my mood at the time as well - almost arrogant. it was rare for me to be so sure of myself. I was stopped multiple times on my way to the record department by people asking if i was sure i knew where i was going. i was led to the wrong building. eventually i found someone who took me directly there. i walked in alone. it was a small reception area with two women at the front desk. they were rude and unwelcoming. i said, i'm here to request a copy of my medical records. they were so rude and obstructive, but i insisted, and they made me fill out a form and wait. I waited AGES. i sat there, so smug. i didn't know why i was there, i just knew i had to be. everyone was so. rude. and there were so many little problems along the way. but finally, they came out and handed me an envelope that had my full name written on the outside. i held it really tight to my chest and didn't open it until i got home. then i opened it. it was about 15 pages of medical notes, divided into separate entries. each entry had a different name, and a different date. random names, and very random dates. some before I was born. i was like, wtf is this? I started to read each entry. there was a lot of medical jargon in it. but i noticed that it read like a story. it was an experimental treatment for epilepsy that wasn't working. the patient kept having seizures. each entry had a different name and date, but they were talking about the same patient. it was some sort of implant that was being inserted vaginally. I couldn't believe it. one of the entries mentioned something about the patient arriving without her sister, and it seemed like he was talking about someone very young. I was reading this, and I started shaking, and I was freaking out. this was PRINTED. in black and white. on PAPER. these records - this was handed to me, with my full government name written on the outside. even if there was a mistake and these weren't my records - these shouldn't be ANYONE'S records. i'm shaking right now, just thinking about this. i was so scared. and here's the part that haunts me - I was in such a state, you know what I did? I went back to the hospital. instead of making copies - I went to the emergency department and demanded to speak to a nurse. crying, shaking. i get into a room with a nurse. I tell her what happened. I GAVE HER THE PAPERS. she flips through. i can SEE in her facial expression that she was seeing what I saw. her eyes widened, she said you walked in and requested your records? yes. and they gave you this? yes. she couldn't believe it. then she left the room. with my papers. the next several hours was me recounting the same story to nurses, admin, and whatever hospital staff they presented me with. as i became more distressed, they started bringing in counselors, psychologists. tell us again what happened. etc etc. slowly, they started to gaslight me about what was in those files. are you sure you saw ____? because that's not real. oh love, that can't be true. i pushed back as hard as i could. but i had made the biggest mistake of my life returning to that hospital. eventually, i was told this: listen. here's what happened. you were given the wrong files by accident. we cannot discuss with you what was in those records, because they weren't your records. if you cannot accept that as the truth, we will transition you into psychiatric care. and that was the end of it. i walked away. but it keeps me up at night sometimes, still. how that happened. i had some more weird experiences after that, but everything leveled out eventually. there was nothing i could do. i was "psychotic". but I remember that first nurse who took the records, the look on her face. it was real. I try not to think about it too much because it gets me into a very restless energy. but......anyway. Lexi, your videos truly helped me reconnect to my intuition after all of this happened and not be afraid of myself or spirit. i'm learning to stay in my own energy and trust myself and my perspective. i stopped undermining myself by attaching the "psychosis" label to everything i was experiencing. and it's been hugely liberating. i don't mind describing what i went through as a "psychotic break", because it's the simplest way to explain to others the impact it had on my life in a way that is understandable to them. but I know what happened, and I keep that truth inside, and I don't let anyone touch it anymore.

I burn cinnamon incense everyday. I said to myself this morning after a walk by the river, I wish I could just live in the woods and play by the stream all day.
