No, what's not helping is Equinor is continuing to invest in new oil and gas fields, like Rosebank when they know that we CANNOT have any new oil and gas if we want to reach the targets they refer to so much in this video. Every fraction of a degree matters. Every fraction of a degree guarantees lives saved. This series is infuriating because Equinor clearly know the damage that they as a company are doing to our planet, and will continue to do if they invest in new fossil fuel infrastructure (otherwise they wouldn't make this greenwashing content!), but they can't hide the fact that LESS THAN 1% of their energy production is renewable. Please, Equinor, for a liveable future, #StopRosebank and halt all other oil and gas expansion.
for the time beeing there is no way with out oil and gas if we want to live like we live today, if we stop extracting oil and gas we need to all take a reduction in living standard, or we need to reduce the worlds population. that is more or less the 3 options.
