So many of us are too quick to judge another person based on how they look, where they’re from, their political affiliation, etc that we fail to realize every single human being is an entire universe of swirling emotions, inter-personal relationships, childhood traumas, family baggage, work stress, successes, failures, hopes, dreams, and regrets. Even the people we think we know best, some of them are carrying around some deep, dark shit that they keep bottled up inside and don’t tell anyone about. The world would be a better place if we could all make an effort to have a little empathy for one another.
