I didn’t think I’d watch 51 minutes of “driveway resurfacing” but I did. Super satisfying. The inner child in me wants to drive all those pieces of equipment.
It's so nice to a young man that can run like machines like well oiled Swiss watch and know what he is doing because most kids his age can do little more than play with their dicks and cell phone. I watched it too not because I don't run machines either it's nice to see these thinking kids if he is local I got a little job if he wants it. It was a good video however where I live in northeastern Pocono's that was a cake job with no gigantic boulders sticking up out of that driveway. Leads me to believe an excavator earthed it as we call it some home owners here in the pocono area paid big bucks to have those annoying Klinkers remover and bed the driveway with the larger granite and clay packing material and that fine material he is manipulating went over the top. I did a few Towamensing Trails and Lake Harmony. Not every one wanted then lumpy bumpy boulders in the original homes path way as well as petrified prehistoric tree stumps that also turn up in new and existing construction
Andrew, I take my hat off to you sir. You truly are a one-man show. When I saw your truck stuck, I was like "what's he going to do now? There's no one else to drive another machine to pull him out." How dare I underestimate your "get'r done" initiative. At minute mark 23, when you set the Yanmar off on its own, I was like "ok, I've now seen it all, I should probably go back to my day job." Thank you so much for taking the time to share your work. It is truly inspiring. Keep it up!!
10000000% spot on haha I literally Said the same thing to myself. I was like now how tf is he gonna get himself out of that "rut" literally lol and bam the damn yanmar is running on its own in reverse seeing him bolt to the dump truck bahahahahaha fckn epic movie there!

Andrew, I totally feel for you every time I see your single axel dump get stuck on what seems like "wet grass". I had a 88' I.H. S-1900 single axel dump that I bought new. & After a couple of months of pulling it out with the dozer or mini excavator... I wished I had bought a 4x4 version or tandem..... very frustrating at times but overall it was a great truck ! Especially if you're doing a lot of residential work and need to get a truck into tight areas and such... Great job as always & thanks for sharing your passion and excellence.. Stay safe

You know you are very sweet , you take things that are not being used by others and instead of throwing it away you rehome it, you could almost be my son. I love watching you. keep up the good work. I watch you every day. Dont know what im going to do when you run out of videos.
Your videos are mesmerizing. I have done a lot of wood carving, sculpture and body work on cars and I gotta tell you the way you shape the earth is artistic as hell . Love watching the way you use the big equipment like it is an extension of yourself. Great stuff Andrew.
This is one of the best videos yet. For some reason driveway widening and creating new flat area is highly stimulating, and finishing it with new gravel is orgasmic.
I started on a D8 with a cable blade lift. No hydraulics at all, lol your videos bring back good memories. Loaders are my favorite to operate. Less impact on my back. Good job.
You are very good at what you do... Thanks for taking the large amount of time to set up shots as well as editing... vid was so good I had to watch it twice
He certainly knows how to operate his equipment but even better he has an eye for the topography and Grading. I don't know how old this Young fella is but it appears he's had some good mentoring.
Always like your videos and don't expect to be disappointed with this one. Thanks for taking time to post your videos, they're great for a retired construction person like me! ....13
Andrew I am 50 now and been in construction 34 years as a professional and before that I was the wheel barrel grunt the shit picker upper not putting down some young men/women starting with this anyway my FRIEND you are still teaching me and it's funny cause I thought that I already new everything just shows you that I don't know shit LOL and I can keep on learning again thanks for letting me join your class you are the man shit yeah
Time will teach you. Diesel shifting is all about experience, especially on the older trucks. During the inaugural Truck Drags at Raceway Park, in Englishtown, NJ, I actually ran a 1965 KW cabover with a 318 Detroit and a rare (for a cabover) transmission. It had a Spicer 4x4 twin stick. The splitter was actually shifted by cable. Almost won, too. That old truck would run like it was shot from a cannon. And with oversized injectors, it could kill mosquitoes when you put you foot to the fire. :D Back in '76-'76 when I was an O/O with Matlack Tank Lines, I owned a long-nose KW with a 450 Cummins with a Spicer 5x4 twin stick. My first diesel job? I got a job at a concrete block factory. Guy asked me if I ever drove a diesel before. I said, "Yep, the Navy taught me." Lie. Drove out the gate with my first load, took a left pulled over and looked at the shift diagram on the dashboard. Smoothed a few edges off a couple of gears over the next few days (okay, a week or two), but I learned. Within the month I was only using the clutch for starting out and coming to the stop. You find you'll grind less not using the clutch, even downshifting going uphill. Oh, the old '65 KW? I got the job from the owner, who's back went out. I asked for the job, he said if I could shift it, I could have the job. He got in and we headed for the NJ Turnpike. I not only shifted it, I only used one hand to do it. (Yes, a lot of guys use two). We got back and he said, "Damn! You shift better than me and I've owned that thing for ten years. You got the job."
Andrew you crack me up with that remote pull out system when you get stuck !!! I can say this about you .... your good with equipment and a hard worker !!
man, Andrew does such good and fine work. I mean the natural innate craftsmanship. If there are no new videos I watch these over and over. GO TEAM CAMARATA!!!
My husband and I love watching your videos! Very impressive and good content. If your ever in Pennsylvania we'd love to buy you a beer! Keep up the great work!
LOL! I just recently came across your channel and I don't know what it is, but I find watching your videos incredibly relaxing. I see others get the same feeling. Nice - keep them coming. And I don't comment often
The first vehicle I ever drove was my Uncles Ford Tractor. Had to use a hay rake and single bar hay cutter. Took a Landscaping and Horticulture class in School and another Ford Tractor. I was the first one to drive it brand new as I had experience already. I would save that play ground equipment also. Built that set for my own kids years ago. Parts of it are in my Utility trailer. 30 years later the deck boards were still usable for the side rails on my trailer. I like your bee spray. Best on the market.
I loved the part when you used the excavator by itself to help pull yourself out. I have done things very similar like that too. You have to improvise when you are by yourself to get the job done. Good job.
This is why these videos are so satisfying. In these videos, we get to see the progression of actual work and the end result and all within an hour or so. Most of us push paper for work and only collect a paycheck. Very few of us can actually point at the culmination of our work, let alone within an hour. Plus it's all done by one man, with no bs, no complaining, no excuses, a great attitude for work and he looks like he's actually enjoying it.
I like the truck wheelie LOL I remember once I was real tired and it was real hot I forgot to open the tailgate and put the body all the way in the air I was looking at the Treetops I was lucky to have the Volvo L70 that day I just got behind it and pushed it back down funny part I did this in my boss's backyard
Love the music choices on your videos..a true professional in all the jobs he does. always amazing me with his ideas on how to fix things, brings out some more of my " dead for years" imagination as well, and I am looking around our home, thinking of things to do here.. may be older, but I am not dead yet, !
I was drinking coffee when you said you got more bee spray . I blew coffee all over the place. lmao . That is one cool homeowner . He is just letting you do your thing . It turned out great.
Nuttin in Life is free. Homeowner as I see it *pulled a fast one on you.* You handled the new problem like a Boss. It's stuff like this. NEVER bid a job on the phone look at job carefully IN PERSON ON SITE. Not saying nuttin sideways about you mind ya. EZ 2 miss a nest.. Like I said homeowner tried 2 screw ya but you did well and customer is satisfied... I LOVE Tractoring/trucking/operatin'!!
I'd say the homeowner was fine if he paid extra for him to do the the other jobs he tacked on, like the playset. Of course we have no way of knowing this. Also I think he said that the homeowner pointed out the nest, so thats a plus in my book.
Howie Z did you see his dashboard modifier he used to install a new radio in his old truck? Most of us only knew it as a chainsaw! I didn't stop laughing for days every time I thought of it...still laughing!
Andrew I was always taught to spread gravel going downhill and not go on uphill, just for the simple reason of what you’ve already found out by not having any staring because all your weight is on the downhill slide
I think better uphill. You imagine what can happen with heavy truck without grip on wheels going downhill on slippery surface. Right now small move to the back and back wheels catch grip on gravel and everything is ok.
@@radoslawglebicki1975 on an uphill dump, the slightest thing goes wrong its so easy to end up in a rollover.he was having a problem with the load being unevenly distributed in the bed and the box wanted to come down and raise crooked
If the employee gets hurt, he'll have to write up a lot time injury report and give it to his boss. (I guess that means "leave it in the bug dump truck glove box and read it later".....) ;-)
Really beautiful country up there. I’m in Galveston County Texas where it’s flat and suburban with very little wooden areas. The mountains and woods up there make it so nice! You’re doing great work too. That’s for the great content !!!
I watched this video 2 years ago when you posted it. And here I am again watching it in its entirety. Just as entertaining as the first time around. "I got some more bee spray" forgot about that part!🤣
I know this video has been up a year, but this is the SECOND time I have watched. And I just noticed, over TWO MILLION VIEWS!! That is amazing. We watch Andew spreading gravel, pulling stumps, incinerating wasps and building a swing set. Does it get any better than this? Probably, but not by much. Thanks Andrew!
Really cool videos man. Now I want to buy a few machines myself lol. You do nice work. I’ve ran equipment most of my life and it shows you take pride in your work buddy! 👍🏼
This is a video from 2018. I hope, that the loss of oil pressure on the arm of the Yanmar (at 20:13) is repaired in the meantime. Thanks for the upload.
I was putting in a 30 pound storm window (20 years ago) and a swarm of wasps came out of the eaves when I was stung on my right eye 7 times. Walked to the hospital 4 miles for a shot of epinephrine and some prescription Valium. Worth the walk! Killed me some wasps later. Loved your bee spray!
Man , that is hard work !! You did very good , very professionnel and concensoius , , thorough you earned your money , you got all the tools and you put them to work .I don't know how you got all of them but you are better than me .Also making videos and documenting all of that = man your a top. !!! Those Bees were actually "Hornets" the worst of the worst in venom stings and their paper nest possibly held up to 200/250 or more adults plus 200 juveniles and larva. You are right, fire is your best safety protector and nest destroyer. Happy you were warned and not injured, attacking hornets can easily put a man in the hospital. Keep on....
fairy tales: See wiikipedia "the median lethal dose is given as the dose at which half of the experimental animals (mice) die, at 10 to 90 mg per kg of body weight for hornet venom, at 2.8 to 6 mg per kg of body weight for honey bees. This makes it clear that anecdotal reports of extreme puncture wounds in animals and humans and the old phrase "three hornet stings kill one human and seven a horse" are by no means correct. The hornet has by its size, although a correspondingly larger venom bladder content than for example the honey bee, but the poison has a lower effectiveness. Finally, bites of wasps, hornets, bees and also bumblebees are about equally effective and painful."
@@DigitaIBot In the UK it would also be frowned upon. There not an endangered species "yet" but are heading that way. Not sure about hornets but there similar. In the UK we would have to get someone licenced to "move" them. I know that with Bats , who are endangered you would not be allowed to disturb them at all and have to take steps to ensure there welfare.
@@DigitaIBot I understand saving honey bees, but f!@# all wasps. To hell. Yesterday I had 3 nests above my front door in the porch rafters! I'm thinking, what the hell! So I go out the back door when I'm stung by one...I figure it was on my shirt from opening the front door... I kill all three nests around the front door and head back inside by way of the back door; when what to my amazing eves I should spot, but another nest above my back door! That's where my sting came from. I think they are trying to make one in my attic too, but it's too hot. Today, yep, another nest over the front door! Those three nests yesterday were no more than 4 feet apart. Kill them all!

You know you are very sweet , you take things that are not being used by others and instead of throwing it away you rehome it, you could almost be my son. I love watching you. keep up the good work. I watch you every day. Dont know what im going to do when you run out of videos.
Ahhh, a lovely quiet Sunday watching Andrew bulldozing a job. Thank you Andrew.
Peter Armstrong long video on building soon.
I’ve missed these videos. So I’m re-watching them.
Your videos are mesmerizing. I have done a lot of wood carving, sculpture and body work on cars and I gotta tell you the way you shape the earth is artistic as hell . Love watching the way you use the big equipment like it is an extension of yourself. Great stuff Andrew.

You’re not from earth are you... what an amazing human being you are!
Mike Lyons I haven’t seen you doing it 🙄

So it’s called grading not grating genius!!!!
Mike Lyons Also it’s called grading genius!!!!
Anabel, Mike, play nice!
This is one of the best videos yet. For some reason driveway widening and creating new flat area is highly stimulating, and finishing it with new gravel is orgasmic.
After this, I find you a certified artist.
I started on a D8 with a cable blade lift. No hydraulics at all, lol your videos bring back good memories. Loaders are my favorite to operate. Less impact on my back. Good job.
This is an amazing high-quality video. Nice job. I really liked the drone footage at the quarry with your BIG dump truck pulling in.
I like the way the drone pulls back before that last scoop. Wouldn't want to give the state troopers the wrong impression
You are very good at what you do... Thanks for taking the large amount of time to set up shots as well as editing... vid was so good I had to watch it twice
Thanks
@@AndrewCamarata that cat bulldozer looks awesome
He certainly knows how to operate his equipment but even better he has an eye for the topography and Grading. I don't know how old this
Young fella is but it appears he's had some good mentoring.
He's 34.
No mentoring. I can tell he was born on a tractor! Im the same way. Aint nothing i cant operate
24K+👍's up Andrew thanks again for taking us all along with you to work with you
Your abilities with different heavy equipment is a talent. What a touch you have!
Always like your videos and don't expect to be disappointed with this one. Thanks for taking time to post your videos, they're great for a retired construction person like me! ....13

I love these road resurface jobs! Really improves the area!
Watch his castle he made with containers. Amazing
Man I've looked at a few of your video's & you are hell wth operating that heavy equipment...very good skills
I don"t have a clue why I am watching these videos, why is it so addictive, but I love it !
pretty clever to pull yourself out with that excavator. Nice one!
I loved the part when you used the excavator by itself to help pull yourself out. I have done things very similar like that too. You have to improvise when you are by yourself to get the job done. Good job.
You make an excellent point here !! Working alone has it benefits and challenges.... Think it through & be careful and things usually work out.
"always pick a good route to run before you start running" - A. Camarata
Great job, you show real world, getting stuck, how to tailgate gravel, running off road in dump truck and correcting it, loading timber
If I was paying for it I'd be more than happy. Good job. The contouring will give good drainage and make it last loner for the customer.
Ghost driving the Excavator trick a country classic LOL..
Again I watched this young man make awesome entertainment, Andrew you are a artist both in your work and in video making.
Thank yoi
Love the music choices on your videos..a true professional in all the jobs he does. always amazing me with his ideas on how to fix things, brings out some more of my " dead for years" imagination as well, and I am looking around our home, thinking of things to do here.. may be older, but I am not dead yet, !
I was drinking coffee when you said you got more bee spray . I blew coffee all over the place. lmao . That is one cool homeowner . He is just letting you do your thing . It turned out great.
Brake cleaner makes good bug spray too.
He probably just said if you remove it you can have it as it was probably worth a couple hundred still.
Howie Z did you see his dashboard modifier he used to install a new radio in his old truck? Most of us only knew it as a chainsaw! I didn't stop laughing for days every time I thought of it...still laughing!
Keep going. You are getting better especially with the longer videos.so we will keep watching.
Andrew I was always taught to spread gravel going downhill and not go on uphill, just for the simple reason of what you’ve already found out by not having any staring because all your weight is on the downhill slide
Steering.
First class production! Nice work on all the machines and dump truck gravel spreading.
You did a great job as a business and I really enjoy watching your videos you're really hard worker.
Man therapy. Always a pleasure watching your videos. Thank you for making these videos.
I feel like you go above and beyond to make it look good
I knew you would be using the autopilot feature on your excavator as soon as I saw you back down into there with your dump truck.
If the employee gets hurt, he'll have to write up a lot time injury report and give it to his boss.
(I guess that means "leave it in the bug dump truck glove box and read it later".....) ;-)
Need some better rear tires on that dump truck
My favorite comment... Ever.

I keep telling you Andrew, you are unbelievable. You have a solution for every situation, that's what you call using your noodle.(Head)!!!
luv watching your stuff... better than anything on tv
You still watch TV???? Shoot who does that any more? LOL
I am impressed with the way you leave your job sites. Everything level clean.
Great video. Really enjoyed how each piece of equipment had its role in the project.
He stopped the excavator to de-limb the log. I saw no hydraulic issue there, or did I miss something?
That drone footage of you getting the truck filled was so sick!
I think you do a perfect job. Same goes for most, if not all your videos. Love your videos Andrew Camarata.
good thing the lawn mowers sucked so bad!

Keep on....
In germany Hornets are under the
"consisted hazard" and its illegal to kill them same for wasps and bees.
DigitaIBot wow
fairy tales: See wiikipedia
"the median lethal dose is given as the dose at which half of the experimental animals (mice) die, at 10 to 90 mg per kg of body weight for hornet venom, at 2.8 to 6 mg per kg of body weight for honey bees.
