I climbed that mountain in 2016 with my girlfriend at the time, it’s a wild hike I didn’t do the harnesses walk that you did lol that takes guts, great to see it all again it’s so beautiful

Everything about that place was amazing. From that crazy long cable car ride. To the tunnel carved out of the mountain. To the hiking trails. Some of the workers don't seem friendly or seem to care.
Haha, yes they are bored, the one at the 2nd scary trail was very helpful. This place is great!

One of most complete Huashan videos I've watched. I'm surprised to see very less crowd in both plank walk and at the entry/cable car etc. Did you start super early to beat the crowd or plan it differently? I'm curious to know as I'm planning to do this in a few weeks time and all I'm hearing is 'expect hours of waiting even if you go super early'. Any tips to beat the crowd would be highly appreciated. Thank you...
Yes, go when the park opens and stay in the town of Huayin (where hua shan is located) get there the night before as most people take the train from Xi'an to Huashan in the morning and they arrive after the first train. If you stay in the town you can go when it opens and beat the crowd. I have the link to the hotel I stayed at, the people are very nice there and they pick you up and drop you off from the train station. Have fun!
