    Thanks Uliana for this varied practice, which had a few mildly challenging moments for me (mainly in the parts that needed balancing); was smiling at the sweating comment at the end: although it’s chilly now, i was sweating a bit too ;-)

    Even though I love short yoga practices when I'm in a hurry and I need a fast stretch, longer practices like this one are my favorites. I really hope you continue uploading more :)

    I keep doing this practice and it is wonderful to see my body working better each time... Anyways I am still struggling with warrior 3.

    Exquisite! And just the gentle challenge I need to get back in shape. I was sweating too! 130 calorie burn! YAY! And I feel so relaxed and content. TY!

    120622 (mostly) thought out the entire class, I was able to focus on my breath. Only a few random thoughts popping into my brain. I feel great at the end of the class. I can feel the buzz in those muscles we worked. Not too challenging but I too am sweating at the end 😅. Thank you, wonderful. Namaste.

    Hi uliana i love how all your videos and i do yoga since 2months by watching only yours video because the way you practice is very awesome i would request you to please post power yoga to burn fat i didn’t loss a single pound but 😢 my body feels so flexible I’m able to do more asanas because of you Thanku ❤

      I'm glad I was not the only one sweating haha
      There is a Child pose break at 19:53 - that's a good natural point to finish the practice, so you can try just going up to that point next time if it's too hard :)
