Hello, David. Love your guides and am have just started using them. Question on this box and method though... at the beginning of the video you said that the ends of the box are at a 10 degree angle. Is that correct or are they at 7 degrees?
Could you not use the dovetail alignment board in conjunction with one of the angled shims from the shooting board for the transfer, or have I missed an angle somewhere?
There’s no doubt your technique works very well but I got lost in clearly visualising the detailed steps. The position of the camera was too far away to provide close ups of the critical sawing of the tails and pins I will watch the video again and have a go! Loved the superbly made Chris Vesper bevel gauge from Australia!
It would have been good to have the camera at a different angle - all we could see was your hand and the saw. I have to read or watch some more tutorials on which side the 90 degree goes on versus the angle. I have the correct jigs and tools, but it’s going to take some messing around with them before I go for real.
Now I'm just going to watch this video again, and again, and, though I'll never find it easy, at least might begin to understand. Thank you though(it's just me that is a bit "slow...")...cheers...rr

I would like to try this method but I want more angle. Do I need a different jig than the 4:1? I use his 6:1 which works wonderfully. thanks!!

That is some sliding bevel.
That box is gorgeous! this video takes most of the terror out of angled dovetails. I can give it a shot, now!
