And how do u maintain all this traditional utensils ? like cleaning ? normal or any specific cleaning method ?
Thanks dear..😍hehe..naan kooda apdi yosikala..nalla rasanai unnaku..cast iron maintenance is different..brass , we have to clean with washing liquid and tamarind...rest normal washing liquid will do..😊

Bronze kadai can be used daily but that shiny finishing look will go off..Best for making sweets but wouldnt recommend for daily use..I bought it from Vinayaka Metals and shared the contact detail in that video description. For daily used, cast iron will be good..please check my vlog on cast iron for clarity 😊

We use tomatoes almost every day so iron kadai will be good ?
Why bronze isn't good for everyday use ?
You can cook tomatoes but need to transfer to another vessel immediately after cooking...Bronze is equally good for daily use but that vessel finishing wouldnt be same..

Welcome..I have made biryani, chicken & mutton curry..but dont make sambar or anything that contains tamarind..It will spoil the vessel😊

Tat copper after cooking no need to change ah....wat is the use of silver inside n bottom copper
We can use it as both as cookware and serve ware..no need to change..I don't know the use of it 😊
