Thanks for checking out NGO on this wet, soggy day. Here's one of Osaka's airports which is worth a visit. Make sure to stop at the 551 if you find yourself there: th-cam.com/video/oqrbRf4oCvc/w-d-xo.html
You took Hinotori train from Osaka? im planning take Hinotori train from Osaka directly to Chubu International Airport. From Kintetsu Nagoya to Meitetsu Nagoya is close? You took Hinotori the day before your flight at Chubu?
I can't remember the exact days off the top of my head. The flight reviews have the dates in them. In any case, yes I took hinotori from Osaka. It terminates at kintetsu Nagoya stn. All train lines are close near the Nagoya station. Chubu is a little out from the city to budget enough time. Enjoy the trip!
I have wanted to visit this airport for the 787 exhibit. So funny though that the attached restaurants are Seattle themed due to Boeing being started here. Until I heard about this place I assumed the 787 at the Museum of Flight in Seattle was the first, but is actually the third. I saw the Dreamlifter unloading parts in Everett, Washington back in 2019, I assume though now that final assembly has been consolidated to South Carolina that would no longer be possible to see.
Definitely a place to check out. Even more so after the renovation are completed. There's a plaque on the observation deck with info about the Dreamlifter. It either flies to Everett or Charleston, I believe from NGO. It be pretty cool to watch it load and unload.
They actually do still load and unload KC-46 parts at Everett. I live right under the one of landing patterns and eeeeevery once in a while (maybe every 2-4 months) a Dreamlifter will come in bearing gifts.😁

The Boeing gift shop sells adorable Dreamlifter plushies. I sleep with one every night. Call him 'Dreamy'. They're so soft!😁

Tears of joy, I imagine.
