I hat that about the adapts. All of them are like that. I love the technology but the style and design make them ugly imo. I had a pair and as soon as api got them in person, I hated them and returned them as soon as I could. They need to really fix the design
And correction the leather cut isn’t lower its the exact current cut of the 11 retros its the foam midsole and rubber outsole that is lifted higher to contain the lacing mechanism . 💡 11:05

Did anyone else peep the jump man logo on the left shoe is going in the opposite direction of the newer Jordan 11’s? No bueno for me. This is a cool concept but I’m stick with my standard J11’s. Also, your right the shoe should’ve been a different color wave (coughs: like black...). The three different types of white on the shoes doesn’t fair well to the durability of the shoes ( that’s my opinion).
If the strings are cut or damaged with wear in due time. Are the strings fixable/replaceable? If not are the strings removable to insert regular shoe laces?? IMO these would be cooler without the technology. The soles are really tall, which kinda throws off the traditional 11 look. Maybe getting rid of the lights at the bottom might help? Still a cool idea on this technology
So 90's kids have come full circle now. Back when we were kids we had shoes that lit up. Some kids had shoes that tied themselves (Velcro) because some kids didn't know how to tie their shoes yet. And now we can buy shoes that tie themselves and also light up.
