@@charoortiz2728 that only applies to jiu because her channel mechanism relies on effect stacks while ge tians relies on eureka. The way it works is that by the end of the round if the character still has stack effects/eureka left it will use all of that to deal extra damage to enemies. If you attack it also uses it up. Either way the logical choice is to use the channel incantation after casting any other incantation.
Every character becomes a standard after 3 patches , melania came out 1.1 so she is already permanent since 1.4 but limited characthera (Jiu) is not added to standrd
