Stopped Council Tax, Electricity/Gas and Water. I didnt agree to fund war, i didnt agree to renting my meter and i didnt agree with being poisoned by Fluoride! If we all stopped our DD their game is over.
I cancelled my DD with gas/electric 26 months ago and told the company I had moved. More money for holidays 😁. Not cancelled water yet as I don't pay much anyway and I'm on a water meter which is accessible to them. I know it should be free but not taking any chances they'll cut me off... They're putting in smart meters this year too 😳.

@echo005uk When the electric company come and take your meter reading next which obviously hasn't been for a few years, the landlord will get a bill for the electricity used since the last meter reading 26months ago. The landlord will then state that you are the tenant, british gas will then bill you, if you don't pay they will take you to court and you could end up losing a lot.
I pay my bills on time if not early but not through direct credit as I would worry about an IT or internet issue affecting the DD. It's happened once or twice. Sometimes I get double billed when the payment isn't seen so I always put the invoice number in with the payment

Hi Richard. Yes my daughter received a speeding fine last April 23.. She was doing 34 in a 30zone. She was threatened that if she didn't pay the 100 pounds the fine would increase . Obviously she was frightened (that's what they want) This is what I advised her to write on the summons:- I AM THE EXECUTOR AND SOLE BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF ........YOUR NAME.........ANY MONEY OWED TAKE FROM MY ESTATE. . sign and date it. Underneath state...... I am fully aware of the Magna Carta Act June 15th 1215... should you pursue this matter I wish TRIAL BY JURY. Since then Richard she has not heard a single thing,,, as a sovereign being she has caused no loss or damage to any persons or their property to this makes that fine totally illegal. I kept asking her if they pursued this matter but they didn't. Apparently they had 30 days.... its been 15 months.. !!!! Kindest Regards in all you do my friend

I too got a parking ticket for a place I parked in the dark and was completely unaware they had a ticket system. It was in a working men's club CP. They hounded me for the money so I asked them what date should I be in court as I was booking a holiday and didn't want it to clash. That was the end of that. My friend paid up but most of my group didn't.

I am writing a promissory note this week to settle mortgage I've been paying for 20 yrs, I am taking it to London by hand. I will keep you updated with results, I've spoken to the bank on the phone with question on repaying ie paying twice but they said repay means give it back ! I explained I gave it them to pay for the house and I had received nothing and so far I had deposited a total of 540k over 20 yrs and now they want another 330k, he had nothing to say and I had no explanation in writing either. I dont think you can settle with a PN. They lent you nothing. You created a PN to buy the house called a mortgage application. They will have sold that way back. If they claim you owe them. Ask them to produce the PN/application form you signed. When they can not. That makes you the holder/bearer of the instrument according to UCC-3. He who makes the claim. Must prove with evidence. Your mortgage will be traded for 33 years I hear.

Greeting from Sydney, Australia! Increasing numbers of my awake friends are successfully paying their utility bills and their taxation bills using their CQV Trust account. I am not using this method because since 2016 I have already knocked out all taxation and all bills, including land tax and council tax and water charges using Commonwealth of Australia Constitutional law. All I can say it does work. :)

So the trick here is to get them to send physical letters rather than trying to make us do things online. We cancelled all our direct debits a while back and have been sending monthly readings [and paying] as if it was the olden days... Will be trying this next time a letter drops through the door, cheers.

I did exactly as described in the video (also water bill - Anglian Water), took photos and sent it registered post…today received a letter from them thanking me for my correspondence, then threatening court action.
You could pay with credit card then cancel the debt on card. That’s easy. Or you can call up and say you’re happy to pay but need the ‘commercial true bill’ (the statement shows what they took from your trust fund) and give them 14 days to send it. Recorded the call (as they will) after 14 days you call credit reference agency tell them the water company refused to send the true bill and scrap it from record. Done.

Once they receive the bill back, they should know what to do with it and should settle the account. It sounds well according BOE act 1882, IMO.
I'm in Australia. I heard about the Bill of Exchange act some years ago. Been using it with 100% success. Use it for taxes and fines. Yes, I asked my high street bank manageress. She requested I follow her into her office. She confirmed that the giro slip IS A CHEQUE, gave me £250 compensation and requested I said nothing publicly bc she was worried about her new position. I went straight over to the post office and went to pay my elec bill, the counter staff didn't comprehend, so she popped into the back office and the post master came out. He went bk into the bk office and refused to speak to me. By this time, there was a right queue, but I waited another 30mins and folk were really moaning 😂, so I took a seat. The counter staff, said the post master was too busy to see me. I knew then, the PO were in on it too. Beggars belief that the post masters around the country knew/know the truth but keep silent.
I’ve paid nothing for 10 years! 😂 Recently got a pantomime visit trying to gain entry using a fraudulent warrant so I pointed that out to them. They obviously denied it and said they were going to call the police. I reminded them that they are the only people committing a crime here and told them to tap my door when the police arrive. If you move to Northern Ireland Richard, your domestic water bill will be automatically paid by the government and you will get a bill for zero pounds each year.

I did this in 2008 they sent me back a letter thanking me for prompt payment. Several months went by when they sent me one of those red letters we are taking you to court for non-payment. I wrote back to them pointing out that in my possession was a letter from their company thanking me for prompt payment I gave them the reference number on that letter, and they then wrote back saying we seem to have lost your payment can you help us relocate it. I replied I am not an employee of your company however, time is money and I am prepared to help you for a fee. I then offered to carry out some contractual work for them if they agreed to pay me 100k upfront. I never heard from them anymore.

I am in Sydney. Under Section 100 of the Commonwealth of Australia Act 1901/1900(UK) water is free for the purposes of irrigation and conservation. I have not paid for water since early 2016 for both of my properties. In late 2018 i removed the water meter from both properties. It does work. :)

Yes, of course they know and yes, they all do access the trust, they whole system is build this way. That is why we never receive a bill, we are getting statements. Everything is pre-paid and if we pay on a statement they get paid twice.
We don't have direct access to the trust as we are the beneficiary and not the trustee. We have access via the trustee as he has to act on our instructions.
@fionahunt2954 Taxes are strictly voluntary. You file exempt on your W4 form. I am in the United States. That's what it's called hedear. And you don't get taxes taken out and the company you work for doesn't pay taxes on you either. File exempt taxes are not legal strictly voluntary.
I've done this, but slightly differently. You write accepted, sign and date the face, then endorse the back, or add an 'allonge' if the back isn't blank, then transfer to the payee/bank. So you keep the flow of currency going. They then have the obligation of crediting the account.

Thank you my darling boy! I am off to my bank to cancel quite a few Direct Debits and then I shall be contacting my water company, etc, and asking them to furnish me will a 'bill'. Of course, I shall keep you/your channel up to speed on this matter and trust that I am able to pull this off in Scotland and under our laws. Fingers crossed.

Hi Richard. Yes my daughter received a speeding fine last April 23.. She was doing 34 in a 30zone. She was threatened that if she didn't pay the 100 pounds the fine would increase . Obviously she was frightened (that's what they want) This is what I advised her to write on the summons:- I AM THE EXECUTOR AND SOLE BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF ........YOUR NAME.........ANY MONEY OWED TAKE FROM MY ESTATE. . sign and date it. Underneath state...... I am fully aware of the Magna Carta Act June 15th 1215... should you pursue this matter I wish TRIAL BY JURY. Since then Richard she has not heard a single thing,,, as a sovereign being she has caused no loss or damage to any persons or their property to this makes that fine totally illegal. I kept asking her if they pursued this matter but they didn't. Apparently they had 30 days.... its been 15 months.. !!!! Kindest Regards in all you do my friend

I too got a parking ticket for a place I parked in the dark and was completely unaware they had a ticket system. It was in a working men's club CP. They hounded me for the money so I asked them what date should I be in court as I was booking a holiday and didn't want it to clash. That was the end of that. My friend paid up but most of my group didn't.

I am writing a promissory note this week to settle mortgage I've been paying for 20 yrs, I am taking it to London by hand. I will keep you updated with results, I've spoken to the bank on the phone with question on repaying ie paying twice but they said repay means give it back ! I explained I gave it them to pay for the house and I had received nothing and so far I had deposited a total of 540k over 20 yrs and now they want another 330k, he had nothing to say and I had no explanation in writing either. So I thought they can have another note like the original ......

I dont think you can settle with a PN. They lent you nothing. You created a PN to buy the house called a mortgage application. They will have sold that way back. If they claim you owe them. Ask them to produce the PN/application form you signed. When they can not. That makes you the holder/bearer of the instrument according to UCC-3. He who makes the claim. Must prove with evidence. Your mortgage will be traded for 33 years I hear.

Greeting from Sydney, Australia! Increasing numbers of my awake friends are successfully paying their utility bills and their taxation bills using their CQV Trust account. I am not using this method because since 2016 I have already knocked out all taxation and all bills, including land tax and council tax and water charges using Commonwealth of Australia Constitutional law. All I can say it does work. :)

So the trick here is to get them to send physical letters rather than trying to make us do things online. We cancelled all our direct debits a while back and have been sending monthly readings [and paying] as if it was the olden days... Will be trying this next time a letter drops through the door, cheers.

You could pay with credit card then cancel the debt on card. That’s easy. Or you can call up and say you’re happy to pay but need the ‘commercial true bill’ (the statement shows what they took from your trust fund) and give them 14 days to send it. Recorded the call (as they will) after 14 days you call credit reference agency tell them the water company refused to send the true bill and scrap it from record. Done.

@@seaspray9144 As I Understand the matter, this is not a payment as we understand it. This is the acceptance to pay the bill with the instruction where the funds should come from. Once they receive the bill back, they should know what to do with it and should settle the account. It sounds well according BOE act 1882, IMO.

I'm in Australia. I heard about the Bill of Exchange act some years ago. Been using it with 100% success. Use it for taxes and fines. I write in red ink and use different wording, but essentially the same thing. Thank you Richard for sharing this. Give it a go folks. I should use it to pay my electric bill too.

Yes, I asked my high street bank manageress. She requested I follow her into her office. She confirmed that the giro slip IS A CHEQUE, gave me £250 compensation and requested I said nothing publicly bc she was worried about her new position. I went straight over to the post office and went to pay my elec bill, the counter staff didn't comprehend, so she popped into the back office and the post master came out. He went bk into the bk office and refused to speak to me. By this time, there was a right queue, but I waited another 30mins and folk were really moaning 😂, so I took a seat. The counter staff, said the post master was too busy to see me. I knew then, the PO were in on it too. Beggars belief that the post masters around the country knew/know the truth but keep silent.

I’ve paid nothing for 10 years! 😂 Recently got a pantomime visit trying to gain entry using a fraudulent warrant so I pointed that out to them. They obviously denied it and said they were going to call the police. I reminded them that they are the only people committing a crime here and told them to tap my door when the police arrive. There was no further knock at my door and they left! 😁
I know a young lady who had to stay in a woman’s refuge, they told the women when they left the refuge that the water bill is the only thing the companies cannot do anything about if they didn’t pay, they cannot turn off the water apparently.

If you move to Northern Ireland Richard, your domestic water bill will be automatically paid by the government and you will get a bill for zero pounds each year.

People worried should put the "bill" money aside whilst doing it, when it works they can spend the money, if it didn't, the money is there ready to pay, no brainer tbh
I did this in 2008 they sent me back a letter thanking me for prompt payment. Several months went by when they sent me one of those red letters we are taking you to court for non-payment. I wrote back to them pointing out that in my possession was a letter from their company thanking me for prompt payment I gave them the reference number on that letter, and they then wrote back saying we seem to have lost your payment can you help us relocate it. I replied I am not an employee of your company however, time is money and I am prepared to help you for a fee. I then offered to carry out some contractual work for them if they agreed to pay me 100k upfront. I never heard from them anymore.
Well done. You have no obligation to help them with their inquiries. I can't believe people still fill out self-assessment tax forms.

Recently we have served an onus of proof to the corporation council which the haven’t answered to.
We are getting letters from the Australia election commission now for not voting last year

I am in Sydney. Under Section 100 of the Commonwealth of Australia Act 1901/1900(UK) water is free for the purposes of irrigation and conservation. I have not paid for water since early 2016 for both of my properties. In late 2018 i removed the water meter from both properties. It does work. :)

I m an Australian citizen and am not sovereign and do not vote as I took a stance I have paper work that shows both lab and libs are from the same corporation and since the Covid showed ramped criminal actions I simply say you can not make me chose between criminals to run this country the system is corrupt and criminals are at the helm so leave me alone. If a system is corrupt its silly to use it to any end for example the legal system is and so is it wise to use a corrupt system to look upon to seek justice for you when its against you. The laws are all split the system is secretive and both the police and the legal fraternity and the courts is saturated with Masonic brothers who come first loyalty and have no love of the common man.

Yes, of course they know and yes, they all do access the trust, they whole system is build this way. That is why we never receive a bill, we are getting statements. Everything is pre-paid and if we pay on a statement they get paid twice.
We don't have direct access to the trust as we are the beneficiary and not the trustee. We have access via the trustee as he has to act on our instructions.

@fionahunt2954 Taxes are strictly voluntary. You file exempt on your W4 form. I am in the United States. That's what it's called hedear. And you don't get taxes taken out and the company you work for doesn't pay taxes on you either. File exempt taxes are not legal strictly voluntary.

I've done this, but slightly differently. You write accepted, sign and date the face, then endorse the back, or add an 'allonge' if the back isn't blank, then transfer to the payee/bank. So you keep the flow of currency going. They then have the obligation of crediting the account.

I can imagine this would seriously irritate and confuse anyone receiving it after which in my country they would swiftly transfer you onto a debt collector who would then call you up and offer to relocate knee caps, thinking that a physical threat might speed up the process.
