In the second case, the plaintiff should put on a mask. Why do the people that want to wear fragrances have to be deprived of wearing fragrances just because someone else is allergic to fragrances. Wear a mask!!!
Case 2: what would the plaintiff do if she had an in-person meeting with clients - send out an advance memo stating that the clients couldn't wear any type of cologne? Because that could be problematic for her career. But in this case, if she really was that highly allergic/sensitive to cologne, she would have smelled it as soon as he got close to her, and not engaged in the life-threatening hug.
So tired of the I'm allergic to everything crowd. Worked in HR, lots of false claims. Prople get over yourself.

The first defendant got taken for a ride. The second plaintiff was just trying to squish a man because she's an entitled woman.

This is so common I work in a nursing home for 12 years some families visit once a year or when their loved one is dying and but they don’t understand that it’s like when a child start walking you save them from lots of fall but you can’t save him from everyone 😊
People that don’t suffer from allergies can be very annoying sometimes and where cologne or perfume to purposefully cause harm. This is common.
People that have allergic reactions to fragrances are annoying!!!
@@sandrarice4197it’s annoying to not be able to be employed with others when deodorant, body wash, shampoo, perfume, laundry detergents cause me to stop breathing. Have some compassion!
Mama house medical I know the feeling anytime for perfume cologne it doesn't matter. It automatically shuts down my breathing
I agree. We can’t choose how our body reacts, but you can choose not to drown yourself in perfume or cologne.
