@@maimuna5141not same exactly. The texture, thickness and crunch is different. Fuchka shells are very light like air, on the other hand bhelpuri shells are like normal puris but when they are crispy and fried for a long time and becomes crispy like the fuchka shells.
The crackers or puri of fuchka is different. Also the pur (filling) preparation is slightly different between them. Bhelpuri uses lots of cucumber, tomatoes along with the other ingredients while fuchka uses shaved egg on top along with the common ingredients.

For me Dhakaiya Bhel Puri is the best as it goes with my tastebud. I skip tomato which makes it crisper than other combination.
