In my understanding law of attraction is asking visualising and beliving that you have of what you want. What it basically does is, it gives the motivation to act in order to achieve what we want. So overall it increases energy levels and desire to achieve that.
Yeah but the desire isn't very good method, as your greed will start taking over. If you wish to be capable, you'll become better without greed for external stuff

26:55 I remember when I was in hostel, me and my friend placed a bet that "who can stay awake at night for the longest" (no phones or any gadgets just in our own respective bed ) that time i tried hard to stay awake but every minute my eyes just shut downs automatically and finally i went to sleep despite trying my best to stay awake
