    This video is brilliant, I'm currently in my 3rd year of CS and I really don't like programming but more prefer IT. I think an IT technician job will better suit me and down the line I will grow my skills and pick up some languages slowly.

    OMG THE SKIT IS GOLDEN. I feel your pain. We still deal with this as tech consultants, shaking my head. Had to teach a client how to minimize a screen when they were screensharing.

      Thanks! Yeah, it's one of the most painful parts of doing IT support in my opinion. But it's definitely an important skill to learn especially if you are in the tech field haha.
