It's pretty hard to find if you don't know the path. You need the Red Riding Hood, Bat and Penguin effects to go there. You have to go to Fairy Tale Woods. With the Red Riding Hood effect equipped, interact with the apple and you'll be teleported to an apple house. Enter the house, equip the Bat effect and use it to fly through the open window which is all the way up, leading you to Jigsaw Puzzle World. In Jigsaw Puzzle World, go right and you'll see a hole in the fence at some point. If you try to go through, you'll automatically be equipped with the Penguin effect and you'll go underwater. In this area, keep going deeper and you'll see a face drawn in the ice. There is a secret passage on its right side going through its eyes which will get you to Lorn Tower.
