Falak mere bhai, I'm a Cancer patient from UK. For a long time now sadly. Unfortunately I've been very ILL.

One suggestion for sara khan if alayana loves to pull out tissues you can use and empty wipes pack and just stuff some random small different colored cloths inside which she can pull out and you can stuff them back later so it will be reusable and you wont have to waste soo many tissues …
