Hi, thank you for this tutorial! I have a question: ServiceNow provides 2 plugins with the similar purpose - Hardware Model Normalization plugin, discussed here and which is part of HAM pro license, but also Normalization Data Services which is a free plugin and which does similar thing, however only normalizing a company name. My question is, can Hardware model normalization replace fully Normalization Data Services plugin?
Or maybe, if two plugins will be installed at the same time, normalization won’t work properly…? Can anybody help on that issue? Thanks!
