I found an additional shortcut at 1:12 (used Racing Ski and don't know if it matters) You can actually jump down to the left (west) (should take 3-4 tries) instead of going down south. When I do I get pushed a bit forward by the "slope" below and then fall directly into the ramp going down. If you're too slow you will fall in the non steep part of the ramp and crash so it takes a bit of speed which can be tricky to achieve. I have it clipped if you want a video. Love your videos btw - they helped me though LMDH a lot :D
Thanks for the tip! I have checked the individual section leaderboards and that was one section where I lost a bunch of time. Other was section 6. I'm happy you enjoy the videos ☺
Fabulous run and thanks for posting all your runs to show optimal lines and shortcuts. Any chance of doing one for the Monte Guanaco 4th Trail, Salto Rizado, as that one I absolutely cannot do to even open Sierra Gelida. Upping my skills would help but the best route to take is always very helpful. Cheers, RJ
I didn't have time to try for an actual speedrun of the trail now, but here's a quick video of a route that resulted in 2:03 which should be safe margin to beat the 2:25 challenge. It's the blue slope you need to unlock Sierra Gelida, right? th-cam.com/video/7ZGu_RQ8ibQ/w-d-xo.html
@ Thanks for that. Salto Rizado is the last Trail of the Monte Guanaco series, and completing under that time on the blue trail unlocks Siera Gelida. I think the link is to one of the trails of Siera Gelida, but not the Salto Rizado Trail. Any vid you could post on the Salto Rizado would be fabulous, when you have time of course. Cheers, RJ

Thanks! I will have a look of that trail.

@@RJNumbat Hey, the video in the link is from Salto Rizado blue slope, I just double checked that. 🙂
@@SifaLMD Apologies, I have glitch with the link sadly as it takes me to a Siera Gelida Trail :(
