Hi Τασος Π, you can generate slope with DEM (Digital Elevation Model) or Digital Terrain Model (DTM). I had used DEM in this video. you can download SRTM DEM from EarthExplorer, USGS.

but all your slopes are above 89? I don't understand...

because the wrong projection was used in this video. You need to use a projected CRS. Try using EPSG3857
