probably not, med pocket may be able to replace tooth fairy, but not yenisei, she is here because for 1 target healing without condition, she is the best, and kakania need that massive healing to deal damage

u can, i used kakania, tf, medpoc, vila for this level, as long as ur kakania has enough hp(ideally 3-60-15 P0 with overindulgence)
