Hey Boss, yes. They are not James Hardie siding or Cedar shingles that they stay Open / not caulking so water can flow This are t1-11 siding, that caulking is cracks they meant to stay one Solid siding
Older house will show pealing areas, Cracks, wood Gaps, minor stucco patch- you Will pressure wash house first Then start prepwork scraping, caulking, sanding, minor stucco patches Normally older houses or Exteriors will show needs prepwork, some they need much
