Love this innovation in such a niche market. I took over the sanding at my company from the old boy who retired , I’m lucky enough to have access to 2 sets of American 12’s both with hydrostatic old carts and a new rider with super Hummels. I am always looking to improve my sanding knowledge and trying make improvements for efficiency myself. So thankful for your videos .
@@mattmcdonald6034 Acually that is a great question!! We usually start with 36-40, and get 90-95% of the paint & finish, then 50-60, finishing with 80-80

How much do you charge per sq/ft at a Gym?
I have a dumb question...can you put 36/40 on one machine and 60 or 80 on the other and rough/fine at the same time???

@@mattmcdonald6034 Every job is different of course, sometimes with really thick nasty finish we start with 24-24 then work up through the sequence.
