The negative comments bothered me enough that I'm now leaving a comment expressing my immense appreciation for this work. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean no one is allowed to.
I appreciate it, too. It seems to me also very strange there are still so many people hating post-Lachenmann style, which is to me much easier to hear and much more subtle and emotional than other styles.
@@SergioCoteBarcoI think most of the more negative comments must have been rightfully deleted 😅 I played this for a friend’s masters recital and the way the sounds come to life in the space is really impressive
Thank you for uploading all those recordings with the scores! It must have taken a lot of time. Thanks to that people who want to study including me are getting so much help.
As a composer am I very openminded towards contemporary music. But I do have problems with this Post-Webern-Lachenmann academic "Zeitgeist" style. Sorry.
I like modernism a lot; but this is just noise, though there are indeed interest things (like 11:17, that remembers me a gate opening): but it is not a good piece; I think it only works as a font of little ideas that could fit into a great composition, that is not just noise.
noise? ... you ain't hear nothing yet, by now, this is child's play compared to what is going on right now in terms of "noisiess"... but I could agree on that it could be a font-of-little-ideas ...in fact, compared to what has been coming out about working with noise, this has turned into a naive exploration of musical.potentialities.... it's not at all a statement piece. not a manifesto. I hope André did not intend it to be any of that.

I love that the comments bewailing the negativity of this comment section outweigh the number of negative comments. Positivity!
Bravo😊

This comment section is pretty brutal

C'est beau comme la rencontre d'abord improbable, puis messianique d'un parapluie et d'une machine à coudre sur une table de dissection
Lachenmann is his teacher

saxophone, percussion and piano ; tout ce que je déteste ! comment ils l'ont su ?
Molto Stockhausen. meglio, però.
molto Lachenmann anche direi....
Can't you people understand that he's pulling your leg?

Demostración de la decadencia de Occidente
Tu sí que ets decadent, fòssil.
