I just want you to know that as of this morning I no longer fidget when I sit for long periods of time; I have no desire to shake my leg while I sit. This is the first time in decades that I have woke up in the morning without noise and thoughts running through my head like trains. @LordFlorian : Something I do - there are seven basic + fundamental elements which we are all aware of, + which are physically detectable in our everyday lives, and each corresponds to a color, as well as tone in the pure solfeggio spectrum (prehaps smell / taste ..etc?) starting from red to violet, it begins - Earth (matter), Water, Fire, Air, Aether (Waves), Electricity (Space/Time Continuum) & Light. not to say that is ALL, but try to decipher which corresponds to which & one per tone to see

I made a stick frame pyramid and had it outside over my chemtrail busters. Then after listening to Dr Fred Bell interview on coast to coast am, after that I immediately put the pyramid over my bed. I suppose you could count the solfeggio "mirror" frequencies as "negative polarity" even though they do not do negative things. They are "mirrors" of the other frequencies. All Solfeggio frequencies themselves mirror the other Lo Shu tones, at least mathematically, see MythMathFilms channel. They mirror the purer 111, 222, 333, 444, 555 sequence in the middle of the Lo Shu diamond chart. MythMathFilms did extensive research on the frequencies, I think you may be interested. It's "scholarly" too.
I've listened to all of these and they are effective. My question is what mental exercise or simple thoughts do you have while listening to these to be fully effective? What do you focus on? the theme to each one of these frequencies?
i think it the uncontrollable energy in us because i too shake me leg waaaaay too often it get on my wife nerve, but listening to this music stop our shakiness with our legs, it awesome of what this sound can do
Orgonite is layers of organic / metal. In my case and many others its layers of resin/metal, resin/metal, etc. It boosts the life energy of the area around the orgone devices. Plants, animals, Earth herself, sky, ground, water all benefit.
In order of importance I would say that small metal pieces (I call "sparkles") are better in the resin mix, but metal filings and curls are effective too. I don't think you need to have a very big unit to be highly effective. Use metal sparkles.

I hear 4 different sounds in this. A high pitched noise in the background, the noise that sounds like something going around and around, a soft fog- horn noise, and the obvious main sound that has the bell in it from time to time.
The truth is, you have to listen to it a minimum of 5 times or more before you can start feeling something.
You have been self destructing yourself for a while, therefore my above sentence is obvious.
By the way, if you are having palpitation while listening to it, no need to worry, your heart is recalibrating itself after an emotion clearing.

Suddenly i hear a loud beeeeep in my left ear and it´s like all sounds change. It comes so sudden i jump up from my chair and my hearts racing. Other symptoms are preassure on my head and it feels im going to cry for several minutes, i can´t hold my voice steady. And I have´nt cried for years. Another thing is that i feel a bit light. Anyone else got these symptoms..???

there are no bad solfeggio's nor good solfeggio per se. If you believe andmeditate with good intentions that desire will manifest itself. Everything in the Universe is sound. There for it can not be good or bad. When a lion kills a Zebra it's not evil it's nature. When a man kills another man that is evil. Why? Because we are conscience of our actions.
Think. There are 18 solfeggios. Curiously two groups of 9. Maybe, some 9s are good, and the other 9s are evil.We should consider that.
