I was looking at the box and it looks like they unpacked it. And for some reason fedex dumped out the dirt. I went through an airport recently and was searched because i had salt. I wonder if they unpacked and ex-rayed your plant. Mr maple i have to believe would never send out plants packed and looking the way yours did.
i wanted to buy from mrmaple but called first thanfully. sadly they had not one type of maple that was not grafted/suitable for bonsai. i ended up getting a green acer palmatum from eastern leaf 2-3 years old already in a bonsai pot/no graft only 39.99$
They mostly deal with landscape plants and are amongst the best in the world when it comes to Maples. They do sell seedlings for those wanting to do bonsai. You just have to keep on top of what they are offering and when they are offering it.
So nice to see how well Mr. Maple takes care of bloggers. What I received was absolute trash I received a twig with a root mass that filled less than a third of the gallon size pot. They sent me not to mention there was literally zero sign planning or pruning to take it in the direction of the type of tree they were selling. They had a tsucasa silhouette pruned up like a bush.
Im sorry but MrMaple needs to pack the trees better. That box is very flimsy and the tree's were nether tied with tiewraps to secure them nor packed with foam peanuts. That second tree was just tossed in, the soil fell out. 😅 Cant blame Delivery Courier for a poorly packed box. Sorry Mr Maple but you need a better system of packing, securing and better thicker boxes.
@@growwithblossom Glad to hear they made things right. I would certainly be put off from using again if I received such a poorly packed box. Don't be so fast to blame your driver's or courier. I'm a delivery driver and feel the pain of the customers but often it's the contents that were poorly packed not the handler's fault. Even if we do bash the boxes slightly during transit. Pack them well and they'll be fine. A tree thrown in a box isn't going to do well no matter how careful we are.
This is not a normal experience with them. I have many trees from them and have never had this experience. They are amongst the top dealers in the world when it comes to Maples, and they treat their customers right.
I ordered 7 plants and 3 of them were in really bad shape. You replaced "Grow with blossom" plants without a 2nd thought. Wicked unfair customer service. Its a shame you cater to girls with youtube channels and not regular customers. Maybe if i had a blog, and unboxing video id get special attention just like your other customers. I have photos, proof, and screenshots where you commented on her video and sent her replacements
MrMaple removed their comment about sending you replacements. I contacted them to replace my 3 plants that arrived in much worse consition and i was given the cold shoulder. Bad business, caters only to girls and vloggera

Yes, they all survived. I kept them protected from direct sunlight and they did fine 🙌🏻

as we say in Brazil: they packed like their nose. You don't have much luck buying plants in the internet.
Looks like FedEx did not take good care of the package. I have ordered many Japanese Maples from Mr. Maple and have never had this experience.

It’s all good. They reached out to me and made it right. My other packages from them arrived in perfect condition. Things happen sometimes.
