Eine mit abgefrästen Oberschlitten für ein Schnellwechselsystem oder aber nur mit Spannpratze und der Oberschlitten ist bzu hoch - der muss abgefräst werden. I really swish you had a US distributor. I really want a full set for in E for my 13” lathe. I tried to purchase yours a few times but it kept kicking me out. I ended up getting the cheaper less quality version off E-Bay and it works, but it’s not even close to the quality of yours.
@@pewetools9078 I was using google and was on your website. Everything worked normal up until I went to pay at checkout. A box pops up asking me to enter my payment information, when I click on the Dropbox to select a payment method the website closed and all the information was lost. I thought maybe it was a glitch. So I went back in through a new page and selected the E tool post and tool holders. Placed everything in the cart and proceeded to checkout. Again when selecting payment method while trying to enter credit card details the same box popped up and the second time I tried to close the box out but when I clicked on it, the same thing happened and the shopping cart closed dropped me off at the home page with all information lost again. I thought maybe it was my connection so I closed it out and returned the following day. Tried it again, and the exact same thing happened. I was frustrated. I just closed it out and let it go. Later after work I used my laptop instead of my IPhone and it again lets me get all the way to checkout with no issues. Until I went to pay. Then it closed out same as the last attempts and that’s when I started looking for your product on eBay, I didn’t find you on there but I did find a lesser quality version and went through with the purchase. It’s not terribly bad. But it’s no where close to the quality of your product. It was only a few dollars less but was all I could find aside from used. This was approximately 3-4 months ago. I have not tried it again since but I was using your website that I found by watching abom79 on TH-cam. He goes over the system and all the benefits of purchasing from you. He also provided your website info and that’s what I used to visit your website. I’m not mad or anything, I still plan on purchasing the full line of E5 tool post with 6 or seven tool holders. It will have to wait until after the holidays though. I would love to see you accept papal or even better establish a US disturbing partner so we have easy access to your full product line here in the US. With abom79 and several others in our TH-cam machinist community using and showcasing your tool post I would bet my last dollar that the sales generated by it would exceed the cost of your partnership. Many in this community respect Adam (abom79) and would buy them based off of nothing more than his recommendation. PayPal as a payment method would also greatly increase your sales in my opinion. However my intention was not to complain, more so wanted to inform you in the case that others may have had the same negative experience. @@pewetools9078 well something is wrong then, I wanted to use PayPal when checking out simply because of the PayPal “pay in 4 plan” they offer. It’s the only thing that makes larger purchases available to me. I was 100% convinced that it was your website as half of it was in German and some of it was in English. I’m also 100% positive that it was the payment method/credit card information Dropbox that kept triggering it. I do believe I received a follow up email asking me to pay for the item but I have to be honest, I did not read it in its entirety. I was so frustrated by that point I was utterly discouraged. In my mind I was convinced that it was something to do with the international payment situation. I’ve since purchased from Brazil, England, and Australia with no trouble at all. If you don’t accept credit card payments then I must have been seeing an attempt to hack my credit information ? I have had to cancel that credit card and order a new one from my bank some time after.. that’s really got me wondering if that whole situation was connected. I really do appreciate you taking the time to respond. I am very fond of your products. I really truly appreciate the quality of the brand vs the lower quality version I currently have. The hardness is a very noticeable difference in fact. I’ve used yours at work and the same exact size as mine in fact. The quality really shows up in the ease of use and quality of the cut. The one I currently have will not part off without some amount of chatter. This is not due to the rigidity of my machine, I’ve confirmed it multiple times. It’s due to the soft metal used in making the tool post as well as the poor fitment of tool holders. Thank you for responding and for the persistent guidance. I am concerned about that transaction now more than I was before your reply. I’m absolutely certain your checkout process is secure/ encrypted right ? Obwohl erst vor 7 Wochen mehrere Tausend Halter über die verschiedenen Größen eingetroffen sind 2,2 Tonnen), sind viele Varianten bereits wieder ausverkauft und das liegt mitunter daran, dass wir immer sehr viele Vorbestellungen haben. Einerseits freue ich mich natürlich, dass dank der Qualität die weltweite Nachfrage so groß ist, andererseits freue ich mich nicht, wenn Kunden warten müssen - es geht aber momantan nicht anders. Alle 2 - 2 1/2 Monate kommt eine Lieferung und die nächste ist für Ende Mai geplant. Ich führe aber bereits wieder eine recht lange Reservierungsliste und deshalb ist die Möglichkeit, dass einige Größen bereits wieder verkauft sein werden, bevor sie überhaupt hier sind durchaus gegeben. Das lässt sich nicht pauschaliert beantworten. Neben dem Durchmesser sind maßgebliche Faktoren bei Schraubverbindungen ja immer auch die Schraubengüte und in welches Material die Schraube verschraubt wird. In der Regel ist es ja so, dass die Bolzen auf den Maschinen vorhanden sind und die sind erfahrungsgemäß bei Maschinen, bei denen AS oder Ab benutzt wird, M10 oder M12.

Wichtig ist die Befestigung auf dem Planschlitten. Welchen Durchmesser sollte die Schraube oder der Stehbolzen haben?
