I love how they set this as a coma dream and it's like Bakugou's guilt reminding him that he and Deku were friends because even though they're good now, it doesn't erase everything Bakugou did or said.
I mean. It is true. Now he will get to be the number one hero. That's what he ever wanted anyway. If Deku dies. He just needs to surpass Todoroki. I don't think he would even remember Izuku. Since he thinks of him as a pebble in his road anyway.

So we see 3 stages of Izuku in his mind. First it looks like when Izuku tried helping Bakugo up from the stream. Second seems like the sludge villain. Third is when they fought in the city at night.

I watched this when it first came out and I remember crying when tiny midoriya asked bakugo if he kept his promises or not. And the ending was even more touching with the voice acting.
