Fun video! :) Those classic anime pins look cool, have you considered making an Ita bag to display them? it would be practical and also protect them from falling off.
Really nice it’s been months since I got manga I did buy my hero academia boxset it’s my second one my first one was Naruto natsume book of friends vol 26 and requiem of the rose king vol 1💕🥰
Ibitsu is so good, I bought that on a whim. I really enjoyed it. Great vid, your B&N has a huge Manga section. My local B&N has also been increasing their Manga section. Awesome vid!
Glad to see you making videos again! It's so fun to see how much the North American manga industry has grown, it seems to be the norm to have big manga sections in stores like B&N nowadays, which is so cool. Fun fact - the full color releases that you saw are mainly Korean Webtoons/Manhwa and they also read left to right. Occasionally you'll also find a Chinese Manhua and those also tend to always be in full color and also read left to right. Japanese manga rarely get full color editions and if they do, they barely get brought over in English by publishers.
Yes! I'll be a bit more regular now that I have a NAS drive. The English manga industry really has grown a lot since I started doing TH-cam. It has become more popular and more normalized. Makes me wish that Borders would try to make a come back like Toys R Us. Ah ok! I figured it wasn't a Japanese manga since it was left to right. The only full color Japanese manga that I have in my collection are Dragon Ball SD and some animanga. Dragon Ball SD has yet to make it over here to the States. I hope it will one day though. Thanks for coming back and watching my videos! :)
@@Moonlite.88 That's great to hear! Looking forward to it! Dragon Ball is always popular so DB SD could eventually get published, fingers crossed! Parasyte got a recent full color release from Kodansha and another one that comes to mind is a short series named Sazan & Comet Girl from Seven Seas. Gladly! I always enjoy seeing long time collectors who are still active on YT!
@@SaberStash I'm shocked it hasn't been licensed already! 😅It's been around since 2010. I still have hope it will get an official English release though! That's awesome that some full color stuff is getting licensed! I hope we'll get more of those in the near future.
@@Moonlite.88 I've seen that even weird obscure horror manga from the 1960s/1970s from Umezu Kazuo have been getting randomly licensed nowadays so I'm sure that even if that DB manga has been around since the 2010, it still has chances to eventually come over. By the way I also left another reply comment on your game tour video, but I'm not sure if it went through, since TH-cam can be a bit glitchy with comments sometimes.
@SaberStash indeed that's true. I sorta wonder though, if because it's in color, they're hesitant to license it. I know color manga can be crazy expensive to print. I did see and reply to the comment from 20hrs ago but I haven't received anything after that.
Only one I have really read is Mushoku Tensei. I used to have the Pita-Ten light novels but the translations got canceled after vol. 2. They just had one more to go to finish the series sadly.
This was a really, really fun video! I just love shopping videos!

Have you read any of the light novels alot of them are "isekai-trash" but there are alot for many other genres.
