They are so gorgeous; they look so wise and noble. I truly hope their population can increase and I’m so glad there are really knowledge conservationists such as these men to protect them.
I remember having a dream where a friend got attacked by a gorilla which always made me scared of them. Until one day, I went too a zoo and saw how fragile and gentle they can be and I’ve respected them ever since.
@@monty2325 Not true. But they are non hostile peaceful creatures unless they are given a reason otherwise even if humans don’t intend it. Gorilla’s are generally very peaceful unlike monkeys who have many subspecies that are vicious.
There are so many of these videos with different tourists or journalists that take this same trip they are use to people. So it's easy to see how horrible poachers get close
We humans are absolutely disgusting, were're literally killing some of the most beautiful creatures out there, and it's a shame that these animals will one day be extinct .
In Uganda you can trek them in the impenetrable forest of Bwindi which is also green, they like green because they are vegetarians , they feed on leaves bamboo trees etc
Njumkiy We weren't always able to eat more than we needed, and now that we're successful enough to eat more we don't need to be more intelligent or stronger either.
thats not how evolution works basically if a mutation helps you survive long enough to mate then it gets passed on...and intelligence has helped us to survive a lot...so uh.........You fill in the blanks.
To prevent the gorillas from getting sick. The common flu has killed many gorillas, and Gargantua the gorilla had to undergo an experimental treatment to save his life. Currently an ebola outbreak has killed a third of wild African apes, and is the number one killer among gorillas and chimpanzees.
I'm Harambe, and this is my zoo enclosure. I work here with my zoo keeper and my friend, cecil the lion. Everything in here has a story and a price. One thing I've learned after 21 years - you never know What is gonna come over that fence.
You can't help but to see a human face looking back at you when you see one of these majestic animals
They're humans after all still not evolved
@@groupoftrouts7748 They are just as evolved as us.
@@groupoftrouts7748 they’re related to us, but have evolved to live the lives of jungle men.
@@groupoftrouts7748 We share a common ancestor with them, but their evolutionary line branched off into a different direction.
Tell that to the church! Lol
Beautiful creatures, we do indeed need to protect them.
Facts
except when they rip someone's head off (it happened and was actually filmed ;-;)

These “beasts” are responsible for 0 recorded human deaths ever.

very awesome species and we must protect them so our children and grandchildren may enjoy there beauty !
We must protect them, but Not because of our own egoistic desires of “being able to enjoy their beauty”… but for their sake.

Nice!
Gorillas are peaceful but I suggest not approaching one
Golira
Their is no way we evolved from a grollia as for one those animals have enormous amounts of strength that we humans don't have.
So basically you don't understand what evolution means lol
we also have endurance our muscles are not made for strength but for long periods of activity
"it would be almost impossible to support huge muscles and a huge brain energy wise." not really we would just need to eat more
Njumkiy We weren't always able to eat more than we needed, and now that we're successful enough to eat more we don't need to be more intelligent or stronger either.
