@jurgennnn If you think that's bad then you should never eat in a restaurant. You don't want to know what goes on in the back with the workers and the food. Pork is the least of your worries. The only reason I did that was cause i was filming and I only had one hand. I was watching the shot and not the food. In real life I use them correctly. Sorry.

Heya, that sauce is called ssamjang. It is fermented soybean paste mixed with chili paste, and green onions, garlic, and sometimes a dash of sugar! (It's always a sauce at bbq restaurants in S. Korea). If it tasted like peanuts it is probably from sesame oil.
Tried a korean BBQ place like this during my trip to China as well, absolutely brilliant experience. Sad that we don't have them here, but one can hope in the future!
I must admit that have the fun from going to a Korean BBQ is from cooking your food the way you like it ! Sadly there are no Korean BBQ buffets at where I live, just a few 'normal' Korean restaurants that charges a lot D:

But that doesn't mean I should be going around dictating to non-Hindus that they shouldn' eat beef themselves. Anyways, this is a great video to those that are new to Korean BBQ/cuisine since it's just plain ridiculous to be talking about religion here.
I would've given 3 out of 5 cause sometimes when Korean people goes (like Me) they have bad service. 9 out of 10 times i got is good service but that 1 makes me give 3 stars haha.

Or you can put the tongs on the burner. Eaten there hundreds of times, never sick. Octopus was the best, moved away 15 years ago and still miss it.

You need to try Gen in Tustin, it's THE best place for Korean bbq. It's a buffet and has the best quality meat. You must try it!
