So just had my vespa gts 300 serviced I’ve had all parts changed to new ie rollers exhaust pulley variator belt . Had service and now my scooter speed has changed . Pulling off I reach 40. Mph in seconds , to 100 mph no more and 12 seconds . Now my bike doesn’t go past 60 mph .. I don’t know why . Forgot to add newish engine only had 11000 on the clock . Really confused 🫤 can you help pls

See if you put everything together correctly. You may have messed up the direction when placing the rollers. Greetings!
