Now, as a Pisces - 2 fish swimming in opposite directions - I empathize with both sides of everything. Just when ya get your head together, ya might get kicked in the tail. So… yup, Facebook killed my birthday fundraiser. 😰 Evidently, they have very specific requirements - hidden, until after you've painstakingly built your fundraiser. And I had put so much loving energy into it. Geez just when I was really finally getting over the loss of my parents, and my DTLA Studio+Gallery, and my love life - yeah, don't ask; I haven't had a date in years; maybe I'm just too old for that, anyway… 🤔
And maybe I shouldn't even be doing this webcasting thing anymore…

If I were you I would learn the emotional freedom meridian tapping technique by Gary Craig, first learn the general algorithm which you can use on anything.
Then I would get the book "tapping from the healer within" by Roger Callahan, who originated the technique and has specific algorithms within that book to address emotional distress for most negative emotions.
The amazing thing about these techniques is that once you are able to clear out an emotion you will never get stuck in it again.
Unending grief, depression from a breakup, broken dreams, will never be an issue like it was before.
Initially you'll have to do these techniques dozens of times a day for many weeks but it is one of the most worthy practices to do.
