Yup, the commentators are right. Everyone's talking about Koga, Inoue and Ishikawa but Hayashi, Japan's opposite, is a very steady and reliable player. She has well-trained skills and performs in the games with high aptitude. An underrated athlete but well-deserving of praises!!!

Manabe is turning her the new Shinnabe of Japan. I must say Hayashi is going to be a better player than Shinnabe. She is more athletic and can actually attack from the backrow and I hope they will utilise her in the back row. She also has a strong spiking power compared to Risa.

@@raultorres2582 I don't know if Coach Manabe is actually turning Hayashi into a new Shinnabe but I understand why you say so. Female Japanese opposites usually have a more quiet demeanor and usually don't stand out compared to powerful open hitters (Koga, Saori Kimura and Ebata) and impressive liberos (Sano and Kobata). Although similar in many ways like in their reliable defensive abilities and service receptions, Hayashi and Shinnabe are quite different in their styles. Hayashi maybe more powerful in hitting and jump reach but Shinnabe was equally effective and have a high volleyball IQ while she was still active. Both players are great and legendary in their own ways.

Hayashi is the typical Opposite of Japan Not so tall, Silent but deadly and good at defense. Just like Risa Shinabe. Japan tactics of prioritizing defense over height. Well done.
Yeah. I saw her potential even the last 2021 VNL and she is my current favorite player in Japan Team. Good thing she’s been exposed a lot now.

Ellas estan en la 2 fase solo xq les toco Kenia y Camerun en su grupo. Y todavia batallaron duro para poder ganarles a esos equipos.

No mezcle las cosas. Latinoamérica tiene su nivel, Con excepción de Brasil, PR, RD, Colombia Argentina y las de más selecciónes Latinoaméricana tienen su nivel. Del top 10 hacia el 50. No es bueno estar andando deseando, Esto es realidad y trabajo. No te emociones con RD y PR.

What's the number 22's name, the Libero from Japan?
I feel like Hayashi should be put in Open Hitter Position, and Inoue in Opposite, bcos they will need someone taller for blocking, i know hayashi is good but sometimes the height matters in some cases that they’re against taller/stronger teams. Hayashi, Ishikawa & Koga then can rotate from being an opener and first 6. Just my observation. More power to Japan!!!!! 🤌🏻🤌🏻
Hayashi is actually an open hitter back in her club team in Japan, JT Marvelous 🎉
I don't think this in going to work. Inoue is doing great on left side since that's the main attack area of Japan. I think their strategy is perfectly fine. It's very Japan to be exact. One thing they need is to be consitent on their serving and receiving since Uchiseto is not a natural libero and it is very obvious that sometimes the presence of Kojima is needed. Anyways best of luck to them later against Netherlands. Hope they will win
@@raultorres2582 yeah i agree. And I noticed that a lot on japan, they are very exact. But like when miyashita would be in the middle for blocking when she was their setter, i feel like or i hope like this could happen again for inoue, she’s consistent good on defense and taller. Would be great for opposite position. Hayashi is very good too, her floor defense is impeccable.

@@user-ov5xg3rr3e i don't know what happened to kojima. Maybe she got injured before world championship starts. She was still playing during their friendly matches against netherlands and turkey. I don’t know if you noticed but they only have 13 players rostered in their line up which means kojima should be that 14th player to complete the roster. I think they have a rule that once you submit the names of the players who will officially play, you cannot alter it before the games start.

PR must be the worst passing team in this tournament! I wish they can get an high caliber international coach to teach them fundamentals since they need help in every single area of the game! They have the potential and talent but they are very very soft and psychologically they are defeated even before they start a game! They just go with the motions but without real winning strategy, passion or winning attitude! No winning culture! They just play to put a good show but winning is not in their belief or culture! So unfortunate!

日本女子チーム、以前より増が暑くなりました。東京オリンピックは古賀１人が怪我したらオリンピック終わりみたいな感じでしたが、よく強化してますね。誰が出ても、遜色ない感じなのは東京オリンピックのチームと違い要のセッターコロコロをしない事が真鍋ジャパンです。そもそも、セッターコロコロで5年間も正セッターが決まらないで東京オリンピックは国際経験のない籾井を使うインスタントチームでしたからね。強化の費用と時間の無駄でした。真鍋さんは短期間でチーム作りは比べものにならない位、チームをしっかり作ってます。タイムアウトの指示も精神論ばかりしか言わない監督とは全く違いデーターとスタッフの連携が上手く機能してますね。毎年毎年コーチが変わる事がないから選手も安心して信頼がありますね。
The Netherlands should beat Brazil so that it will fall to 4th place and Japan will be the 3rd in their group. That puts Japan to a rematch with its Asian arch-rival, China. I think they can stand a chance with China. Because if Japan falls to 4th place this week, they will qualify for the quarter-finals but will be useless as they will up against number 1 Italy, a team that they struggled to beat earlier.
Beating Brazil will always be a difficult task to do for any team but I do hope the Netherlands do win that battle. Although I love Brazil WVT, Japan will always be my bias.
Japan won't play against China in this Stage anymore, because they played already in their Group D.
