92 L is very high for the house . The design is stylish and shines very well but it is very outdated style now .
It is a decent house . Once you fill things and move in , you will feel claustrophobic if you are a nature loving person.

You say this is great design?? Means you have not seen house which are elegant designs. Now a days an Engineer / designer and interior designer thinks that dumping too many spot lights means its a good design. Very big mistake most people do is dumping soo many spot lights which is useless waste of money and additional work. Even these engineers dont calculate the flux level.

None of the room sizes are as per prevailing vastu of TN. Is this built by someone from kerala ? And what's the land size ??????? Why no cross ventilation in any of the bed rooms ? You said only size of 1 bed room. Rest you didnt. This is very poor narration. I think the builder will be unhappy with this presentation. And hall size 26 x 12 is crazy and unheard off. It will look like a verandah or a hospital ward i suppose. Why are the bathrooms so tiny in a decent big house ?? Downright useless planning.
