For the video to procces max, at 720P / 1080P. If you upload it public and finish it before ending proccesing, it would be 360P / 480P. Like, if you make it on private from 7.02.2017, and post it today, 8.02.2017, it will say that the video was posted on 7.02, not 8.02, hope you understand!
