The Waykis in the Shadow File. Former subprefect of San Juan de Lurigancho, Jacobo Vaisman, claims to have been a victim of pressure and blackmail in exchange for supporting the Citizens for Peru party, promoted by Nicanor Boluarte. Vaisman narrates how the former director of the Interior Government of the Ministry of the Interior, Jorge Ortiz Marreros, demanded that he collaborate with the party and removed him from office after his refusal.
