  • The three police officers accused of killing Eldorado park teenager Nathaniel Julies are likely to know if they will be released on bail today. Arguments are continuing before the Protea Magistrates court, south of Johannesburg. The trio are facing charges of murder after the 16-year-old was gunned down allegedly by police metres from his home in Eldorado Park last month. The state is opposing bail, but lawyers for the accused argue that prosecutors have not brought enough evidence before the court for a successful bid stop the bail. Jeff Maluleke, who's a lawyer for accused number two Constable Caylene Whiteboy is on the stand.
