Malta, nearby areas clean up from violent, powerful storms

People in Malta and nearby areas were busy cleaning up from violent storms that hit on Thursday. The powerful storms only hit a small part of the Capital Region, while other areas barely saw any rain at all.

We lived in Malta during the tornado of ‘98! I was alone with my then three month old baby and no basement. Thankfully I/we were able to go to a friend’s house nearby which had a basement. Thankfully we didn’t have much damage at all but the next town over (Mechanicville), was hit really hard! 🌪️ 😢. Prayers for this poor family and all who live there in the area! 🙏❤️🙏
