Thanks for sharing. For Burger quality, I would pick AW and Hvry over the other. But I have McD more often then others because of the happy meal.. In Canada, I often go to fast food place based on availability of the coupons, therefore price is not a big factor in most case.
A&W Canada is it's own company and only available in Canada too, all teh other A&W in the world are based on A&W USA and have a different type of menu and taste wildly different.
i will go for the A&W's burgers among those five fastfood places (with the coupons). but for other better burger places in Canada, I would suggest you to try the FatBurger, Five Guys, Carls Jr.. And in state, try the Jack in the box , WhatsaBurger, ARBY'S
