This one story house would be my ideal layout! 3 car garage- yeah! T shaped island in the kitchen was a first for me and I really like it. Flooring is great too! Only change for me would be the MBR wallpaper. The short hallway to the MBR also gives nice separation! Chalk up another well done Amy video!
@@Marie-nd6mj It is definitely a love it or hate it design choice! I THINK it would help to have the mirrors up to maybe take some of the boldness out of it. But if you don't like the pattern or the color or the VOLUME of it, then it's not gonna be something you like!
OMGosh! I LOVE this house! The kitchen is fabulous! Also, love a house where to garage entry is not in the space where the washer/dryer is used 😁 but close to it! That master bath wallpaper is so pretty!
I totally agree with everything you said! I love the master bath wallpaper but it is a DEFINITE style choice! It feels SOOOOOO "Florida" to me. Love it!

That sitting area with the 🍷is lovely and large enough for another dining area. Folks like to visit all at the same time. 😩 Lovely kitchen. Amazing island. Pantry , laundry, drop zone 🙌🏼. Hi Luigi! I would definitely recommend Central Florida, not just because that’s where I am! Because we are in the middle of the state hurricanes usually lose most of their power by the time they reach us… And alligators are not a very big problem here as long as you are careful and respectful of their territory. You should call or text me and we can try to figure out the best spot for you!
Amy, is correct! I flew in the first flight after hurricane Irma and there was a few palm leaves down and that’s about it. That same trip my family and I drove from Orlando to Miami to go on a cruise. As we drove down the coast we saw more and more damage along with flooding. We were on our cruise ship when hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico. Hurricanes have plenty of warning to prepare and evacuate if necessary. Central Florida really isn’t affected by the hurricanes. The gators! 🐊 I’m terrified of them, but I have never encountered one on any of my trips. I still want to move to Florida! Ps. I highly recommend using Amy! She is the best and has a wealth of knowledge and experience! She’s also very kind and funny! A+ For Amy!!

Hello! This plan starts in the mid-$400s... with new construction the prices go up every few sales, but I would imagine it will still be in the mid-$400s by summer. By the time you add structural options and design options, the home will end up priced in the low to mid $500s. Let me know when you are coming for a visit and I can make you an itinerary of some places that you might like. BUT, make sure you call me first before you reach out to the internet sales person in a community or you may lose your ability to have representation. (It is free to use me as your buyer agent, but some builders are not allowing you to have a representative if the agent doesn't initiate the contact.)

Hmmm... it may be the camera playing some tricks. The two front bedrooms are both roughly 12 x 11 which isn't large but by Florida standards is not small... the potential 4th bedroom is 14 x 11 which is larger than most secondary bedrooms you'll get in any plan.

I would love to move to Florida . But the only issues I’m worried about are the alligators and hurricanes. Where would you recommend I buy a property?

I love it too! You can always add rugs if you want, but it is so much more flexible without carpet. (ESPECIALLY if you have breathing issues!)
