I got a 9 rainbow. Should have sent it to Beckett to get atleast 9.5 I can’t tell why it didn’t get a 10 at all it’s perfect

I had a first edition Dark Blastoise that was in really good condition. I gave it to my niece when she got into pokemon. She eventually gave it to a kid she was babysitting 😭🙃
