Watch Lucas brar or literally any jazz guitarist. If jazz isn't your taste, then any half decent rock guitarist would be doing bits
Practice, Practice, Practice, Patience, Perseverance, Persistence - this is what I teach my students, especially they find it difficult to change chords quickly without missing a beat to get to Perfection. Trust me, it takes time - but certainly, it WORKS !!!. I will have to add another "P". Have to have the Passion - you just can't force it.
Do it slow..if you can do it slow you can do it fast
