If you are looking at this video please pay attention to the fact that they are setting the crank position at the wrong place. They set it at 15 degrees btdc rather than 0.
Can you help? I am rebuilding an AQ145 Engine which looks the same. The crankshaft rotates 2 times per camshaft rotation... I'm not sure which turn i'm in at the crankshaft. How can i get the crankshaft in the right position and in the right turn? Thank you!
3:45 doing this on another 940 but the camshaft gear doesnt want to move to align it with the dimple, when i move the crankshaft gear it doesnt move im confused went smooth the other time
